Stage 1

Stage 2

Review

Our hiring team will review your application as quickly as possible and inform you of the next step. 
Stage 3

Phone Interview

If selected to move forward, you will be emailed a link to book a call with a member of our Recruitment team. Remember to keep an eye on your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there. 

On this call, we'll go over your driving experience and get to know you better. 
Stage 4

In-Person Interview

Your assigned recruiter will let you know if you have been selected for the next round via email OR by phone.  

Once your interview time and date are confirmed, you will receive another email with the address and what to expect when you arrive at the facility. 
Stage 5

Road Test

After your in-person interview, you may be required to complete a road test. This is dependant on the hiring manager and location. 
Stage 6

Written Offer

If you're the successful candidate, we like to start with a call (or verbal offer in person) to go over the initial details. 

Following the conversation, our People and Culture team will email over the paperwork for your digital signature. 
Stage 7

Background Check

 A member of our People and Culture team will email you a background check link to submit your information, ID and picture. 

You will receive a separate email from our Safety team to schedule your drug test and physical.

We aim for this process to kick off within 24 hours of your offer.

Hired

Congrats! You're officially a Particle. A member of our People and Culture will reach out to arrange your start date and send you onboarding paperwork.
