I moved into People & Culture after a background in retail and operations management, which shapes how I approach HR — pragmatic, results-oriented, and grounded in a deep understanding of the business. I lead our Business Partnership team as well as our Compensation and Total Rewards work, and together we focus on building strong, trusted relationships with leaders across our customer groups so our people strategies — from day-to-day partnership to how we pay and reward our teams — stay connected to what's actually happening on the ground.
