What I do at Article

As the Store Manager, I am responsible for the overall performance of the store, leading the team to achieve all key metrics, including sales goals and growth, recruitment, development of the store team, store merchandising and visual presentation, expense and payroll management. I work to create an exceptional customer experience as we support customers in creating beautiful spaces.

Who am I?

With over 10 years of experience in retail management, I have built a career focused on leading high-performing teams, driving business results, and creating exceptional customer experiences. My background in the home furnishings industry has given me a deep understanding of how thoughtful design, visual merchandising, and personalized service come together to inspire customers and grow sales. 

Outside of work, you'll often find me at a local Broadway production or checking out the newest food hotspot in the city. 

Advice for prospective candidates

My biggest piece of advice for any applicant is to simply be yourself. Authenticity goes a long way, and genuine connections are always more meaningful than rehearsed answers. Take the opportunity to share your experiences, your passion, and what motivates you. We value people who are sincere, curious, and excited about creating great experiences for both customers and their teammates. When you show up as your true self, it allows us to get to know the person behind the resume and that's often what leaves the strongest impression.
