Hiring Manager Interview
Your assigned recruiter will inform you if you have been selected for the next round via email OR phone. They will work with you to find a time to come into our Showroom or Corporate HQ. Once confirmed, you will receive another email with the address and what to expect when you arrive.Â
During the first interview, the hiring manager will dig deeper into the specifics of the role and how your experience and skillset may align. We may include some behavioral questions, and you’ll have a chance to ask your own questions and learn more about the role.
