The hiring teams vary but often it's a combination of our Talent Acquisition team, hiring manager and interviewers. (they're all real humans and no robots)

- Stage 2
Video Interview with Talent Acquisition
If selected to move forward, you will be emailed a link to book a call with someone from our Talent Acquisition team. Remember to watch your spam folder, as sometimes our emails end up there.Â
Typically, this call will take about 30 minutes and focuses on understanding your current situation, background, and experience. We'll also explain the next steps in the process and what to expect.Â

Video Interviews
Our interviews are designed to evaluate your skills, experiences, and interpersonal abilities. We seek to understand how you would contribute to the Article and how aligned to the Article Way you are.Â
- On-Camera Presence: For video interviews, your camera must be on unless otherwise specified.
- Verification: We may ask you to show ID during video interviews, or turn your camera around to ensure you’re the only person in the room and no one is assisting you.Â
- Privacy Considerations: Candidate recording or transcription of interviews is prohibited due to confidentiality.
- Genuine Responses: Be prepared to discuss your real skills and experiences without AI assistance.

No AI Assistance/ Coaching: Don’t use AI tools to generate or reference answers during interviews.Â
- Suspected use of AI assistants/coaches WILL result in disqualification.

- Stage 3
First Interview
Your assigned recruiter will inform you if you have been selected for the next round via email OR phone. They will work with you to find a time to come into our Corporate Headquarters. Once confirmed, you will receive another email with the address and what to expect when you arrive at the office.Â
During the first interview, the hiring manager will dig deeper into the specifics of the role and how your experience and skillset may align. We may include some behavioral questions, and you’ll have a chance to ask your own questions and learn more about the role.

2nd Interview

CEO Interview
Your assigned recruiter will let you know if you are moving forward to the final round via email OR by phone. They will let you know what to expect and send you a new email link to book a Video interview or in-person interview.
The final interview may be with stakeholders from the team or Senior Leadership (depending on the level of role).
