Who am I?
I started in recruitment in the mid-2000s, later became a consultant working with enterprise startups, scaleups, and hypergrowth organizations. I still get excited about recruitment all these years later.
Outside of work, I focus on my family, BBQ'ing, woodworking, and tinkering on my classic motorcycle.

Advice for prospective candidates
We get a lot of applications, to stand out from the crowd customize your resume summary to explain where you've done similar work, or how your skills match what we're looking for. This can be done in simple bullet points (suggested) or paragraphs. Adding your Linkedin profile to your resume always helps too.
