I lead and support two amazing teams of incredible software developers building internal supply chain solutions.  We impact Article every day by continually improving our tools and processes which enable optimization our of supply chain to ultimately provide our customers with a remarkably better experience.

Article is a fast growing company and the engineering team is critical to keeping this growth happening.   

Engineers are given the freedom to determine the best solutions as well as given support from management and other teams to be successful.  Everyone is given the opportunity to contribute and if you have a good idea, it can be adopted quickly, regardless of title.

At Article we also very much value thinking about doing things differently and raising challenges to the status quo.  Article employees are given the safety to speak up whenever they see possibly better ways to serve our customers.

I've been involved with software development for over 20 years as both a software engineer and a manager.  I previously worked at an Ed-Tech company where I learned how to guide and grow a team to build and deliver software.  Software depends on great people and great people get even better when they are allowed to grow.
