Over a decade of experience in retail operations, I specialize in building exceptional physical retail experiences and leading large-scale retail teams across districts, regions, and international markets. At Article, I lead retail operations strategy across store openings, real estate selection, and showroom design—translating brand vision into thoughtfully designed spaces and seamless customer journeys.

My career spans leadership roles with brands including Banana Republic, Crabtree & Evelyn, Bentley, and The Body Shop, where I’ve led multi-unit operations across North America and the UK. I bring together operational excellence, team leadership, and creative store development to scale retail environments that are both beautiful and high-performing, with a strong focus on elevating customer experience and driving business results.
