What is a Wayfinder
The Article Way defines how we should act as Particles (person who works at Article).
A Wayfinder leads by example. They are adaptable, resilient, and find a way forward in the unknown, helping others to do the same.
They:
- Relentlessly seek meaningful challenges, always striving to be better.
- Obsess over customer needs, earning trust and exceeding expectations.
- Challenge the status quo, digging deep to understand the full picture.
- Take initiative and ownership, driving Article’s success.
- Build and elevate high-performing teams, inspiring excellence through collaboration.
How does it work?
Every six months, Particles get the chance to nominate a fellow Particle who inspires you. It can be anyone: a peer, your manager, your team member, an internal supplier or customer, you name it.
They submit their nomination using a form, explaining how the Particle embodies the Article Way.
Nominations are assessed by a judging panel, with a winner in each of these categories chosen:
- Vancouver / Remote
- Warehousing
- Vietnam
- Customer-Facing teams (Customer Care / Retail)
What do they get?
Each winner receives:
